IRCEP 2023, the I International Research Conference on Entrepreneurial Processes - "ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND BUSINESS MANAGEMENT - CHALLENGES. PERSPECTIVES. SOLUTIONS", organized by Riga Management College on May 17th, 2023.
The conference covers trending topics in entrepreneurial and business management processes, such as:
• digital transformation and its impact on business processes and business models;
• business strategies and development; management of work organization and motivation of employees;
• the role of leadership and leadership in business and business management processes;
• sustainable development;
• amongst many others.
Academics, experts in the fields, and students shared their research results and opinions on important business and economic matters, as well as all the IRCEP 2023 attendees were invited to join the discussion and share assess the challenges, perspectives and possible solutions.

17. starptautiskajā zinātniskajā konferencē “Students on their Way to Science”, ko organizēja LLU – Dzīvības zinātņu un tehnoloģiju universitāte, piedalījās arī Rīgas Menedžmenta koledžas studenti. Konference notika tiešsaistē, kur savus veiktos pētījumus dažādās nozarēs prezentēja studenti no dažādām pasaules valstīm.
Rīgas Menedžmenta koledžas 4. semestra studenti Pamela Monyuy Ngoran, Abdul Hai Syed, Silva Godakanda Arachchige Hashan Madumadawa un Abeykoon Mudiyanselage Anjalee Jayaprada prezentēja savus veiktos darbus sociālo zinātņu nozarē un šos pētījumus izmantos kā pamatu kvalifikācijas darbu veidošanā un jau pavisam drīz tos aizstāvēs, lai pabeigtu Uzņēmējdarbības vadības studijas un iegūtu diplomu par 1. līmeņa augstāko izglītību.
Studente Pamela Monyuy Ngoran konferencē prezentēja savu pētījumu par tēmu “High-performance work systems in the hospitality industry” (Augstas veiktspējas darba sistēmas viesmīlības nozarē), savukārt students Abdul Hai Syed prezentēja veikto pētījumu par tēmu “Social media marketing tools in tourism promotion in Jammu and Kashmir, India” (Sociālo mediju mārketinga rīki tūrisma veicināšanā Džammu un Kašmirā, Indijā). Studente Abeykoon Mudiyanselage Anjalee Jayapradaprezentēja savu pētījumu "Sustainable supply chain management to increase the production efficiency in Sri Lankan tea industry" (Ilgtspējīga piegādes ķēdes pārvaldība, lai palielinātu ražošanas efektivitāti Šrilankas tējas nozarē), bet Silva Godakanda Arachchige Hashan Madumadawa konferencei iesniedza savu veikto pētījumu "Employee creativity in the tourism and hospitality in the 21st century" (Darbinieku radošums tūrismā un viesmīlībā 21. gadsimtā).
